We at Moksham, are trying to achieve the purity and authenticity of the food whether farm produced or hand-picked.
The value of local food disappeared by giving an importance to western and fast food. To get back to our local grown food, we need to have food security and awareness towards it. Mankind is growing towards the west, while losing the hold of being grounded to mother-nature.
